In March of 1978, Jan left the city and an 8 year career in corporate sales, to move to Mont-Tremblant in search of a more healthy and active life style. He was quickly hired by the Mont-Tremblant Ski School where he went on to achieve certifications of Level 4 Ski Instructor and Level 3 Race Coach, as well as Course Conductor/Examiner status with the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance. His 16 year ski career included 14 seasons with the Mont-Tremblant Ski School, 2 seasons with Banff Club Ski and 5 seasons coaching on New Zealands' Mount Ruapehu during our summer months.

April of 1994 brought change again for Jan, as he left full time skiing behind, and began a successful 17 year Real Estate career in the Mont-Tremblant area. He joined our team in November 2010, bringing with him his many years of Real Estate and life experience which has greatly improved his understanding of how to work with people, helping them to achieve their goals. All this along with his patience and solid work ethic make him someone you will enjoy working with.

Jan has called Mont-Tremblant home since 1978 where his two sons were born and raised. During his free time if he's not skiing in the winter, you'll find him trail running in Domaine Saint-Bernard, clocking kilometers on his road bike or hiking with his sweety in Mont-Tremblant Park.

Jans' favorite saying is, If you want to remember what you tell someone, tell them the truth.
