The St-Bernard and Company Limited Partnership has a first right of refusal. The vendors are non residents of Canada. Condo-hotel unit subject to rental pool agreement and lease. There is an ongoing special assessment that has been invoiced, and is payable until January 2027, for the contingency fund. Condo fees for 2026 and are net of GST and PST. TRA fees are for 2025-26 and are net of GST and PST.
